Principal Engineer
Chiya brings nearly a decade of geotechnical engineering experience with expertise in geotechnical analysis, geological hazard evaluation, project management, and construction-phase design development. His project work includes buildings, bridges, roads, stormwater and wastewater systems, commercial and industrial facilities, landfills, dams, levees, and shoreline stabilization.
Chiya is a Licensed Civil Engineer in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Texas, Hawaii, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
Kyle Hahn, PG
Principal Geologist
With more than a decade of geotechnical experience, Kyle is a licensed geologist who brings technical depth and experience to every project. He leads investigations across residential, commercial, and large‑scale developments collecting reliable data to be used in design and during construction. His specific approach to each project, grounded in experience, clarity, and practical problem‑solving, makes him a valued resource throughout the project.
Kyle is a Licensed Geologist in California and Washington.
